We combine Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) technology with a rule set configured against a sample of your documents, then pair it with our highly trained data and imaging staff to guarantee confidentiality and data protection. Clues are identified in your document images and sensitive information is flagged for redaction. Each flagged image is then reviewed by our team, and suggested redactions are accepted or rejected before anything is finalized.
Redaction places a black box over the sensitive information, permanently blocking it from view. Your images can be stored in both their original and redacted states, so you keep complete access to your records.
