If you're purchasing your own hardware

Complete site preparation at least five business days before the agreed go-live date, and confirm with Cott Systems that it's done. That includes fully staging, installing, and troubleshooting the hardware and network software — placement, connections, drivers, and testing device output.

If Cott Systems' assistance is needed to complete site preparation or to stage, install, or troubleshoot hardware, additional charges apply at $250 per hour. If preparation isn't confirmed complete five days before the scheduled go-live date and the date has to be postponed, additional travel charges — airline change fees and increased ticket prices — will apply as applicable.
